Frequently Asked Questions

- 01Bookings can be made via our online booking system. The total balance is due at least 7 days before check-in. We do not accept provisional bookings so please do not make a booking unless you are in a position to honour it.

- 03We are able to refund cancelled bookings more than 7 days prior to arrival. In the event of late cancellations or no-shows, we do not offer any (either full or partial) refund. In the unlikely event of cancellation of your booking by us – if we are unable to provide the booked holiday and have to cancel before the holiday is due to start – you are entitled to a full refund of the money you have paid. You may also choose alternative dates. 
- 04Check-in is from 4pm. 
- 05Check out is up to 10am. Please lock the pod and leave keys in the lockbox. 
- 06Please park in the designated area at the pod. Please reverse park into space allocated at pod as this makes exit easier. We have shared access with the farmer who visits the adjoining field daily. Thank you. 
- 07All essential appliances and utensils are provided along with fresh towels and bedding, shower/toilet, a kitchen with microwave and hob, Wi-Fi and smart TV. The pod contains a small double bed, comfy sofa and small dining table. There is a panel heater and underfloor heating in the pod. List of amenities: Bedding, towels, bath mat Hand soap in kitchen and bathroom Washing-up liquid in kitchen Anti-bacterial spray Toilet roll, kitchen roll Travel size shower gel 
- 08No pets allowed, sorry. 
- 09For safety reasons this is strictly prohibited. 
- 10Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the pod. Thank you for your understanding. 
- 11No minimum stay stipulated. 
- 12There are small convenience stores in the nearby town of Lochgilphead as well as a small selection of pubs and restaurants. 
- 13Due to being approx. 3 miles from the nearest town we would recommend guests have the use of a vehicle. There is also a bus stop only a short walk from the pod. 
- 14An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
